A SUMMARY OF THE CONTRACT:

The contract is between the Photographer and the Client as detailed below: The client has LIMITED reprinting rights to the images UP TO 8x10'' in size. The studio is NOT responsible for print quality or color of portraits printed elsewhere. If you wish to make any prints larger than 8x10 inches, they must be purchased through the studio.

COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING NOTICE:
By checking each box you accept the terms of this contract. All points below must be agreed upon for digital files to be released.

All boxes MUST be checked for digital files to be released

This permission applies worldwide. Client agrees that he/she may not use any images for commercial or editorial purposes, or enter any images into competition without the express written permission of the Photographer. Jeannie Blinson Photography retains the copyright to all images.
The images that are being provided to you are licensed to you for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to: printing up to 8x10 inches in size, copying, emailing, and web publishing. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature.
Your purchase of the original files releases Photographer from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Photographer from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. You hereby grant to Photographer the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, web site, display, advertisement, and editorial use.
If you post your images to Facebook or any other social media, please be sure to tag the studio business page in your post. Please DO include Jeannie Blinson Photography and the website information www.jeannieblinsonphotography.com under the images (a link would be super nice!). Please note that the images may NOT be digitally altered. Do NOT change the color, crop, etc. If you desire any changes please contact the studio.
Copyright infringements can be fined up to $10,000 per instance.
Due to the nature of digital files, NO REFUNDS will be given. Please make your selections carefully before ordering.
Digital files are single images only. Collages, Christmas cards and other digital layouts are not available as digital files.
